Who uses whom?...the co-dependent relationship of the media, politicians, entertainment and special interest groups with Phil Kent

11/19: The final session will try to weave together the realities of today's co-dependence between politicians and all kinds of celebrities and our news media with its insatiable appetite for "passionate debate". If an educated public is the underlying basis for a healthy democracy, then how can we ramp up the insight and dial down the noise. At the end of the day, do we Americans get the politicians, deserve?? After all, we "vote" for all of them with our ballots and remote controls.
