Barbara Barrett named U.S. Ambassador to Finland

IOP Senior Advisory Committee member Barbara Barrett was recently confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve as the U.S. Ambassador to Finland.  President Bush nominated Ms. Barrett in March. Click here to read coverage of Barrett's confimation from the Associated Press.
