William Green Miller is Associate Dean and Adjunct Professor of International Politics at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Previously, he was a Presidential Emissary to Iran, Staff Director of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and Staff Director of the Senate Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities. Dr. Miller also served as Staff Director of the senate Special Committee on National Emergencies and Delegated Emergency Powers and Special assistant to senator John Sherman Cooper for foreign affairs and defense matters.
