Thomas Geoghegan is an attorney at the firm of Despres, Schwartz & Geoghegan in Chicago. Previously, Mr. Geoghegan served as a policy analyst for the U.S. Department of Energy and worked in the Legal Department of the United Mine Workers before becoming counsel for the Association for Union Democracy, representing Edward Sadlowski and others in their campaign for the presidency of the United Steel Workers of America.
