Robin C. Hayes is a business man, civic activist and state legislator from North Carolina. He was North Carolina's House Majority Whip and was the Republican nominee in the 1996 North Carolina governor's race. Previously he served as the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commissioner and on the Governor's Council on Drug Abuse. Mr. Hayes has also been chairman of the Cabarrus County Drug Task Force and the Prison Fellowship of North Carolina.
