Paul S. Trible, Jr. is a former U.S. Senator and Representative for the state of Virginia. Senator Trible practiced law before becoming the U.S. Representative for Virginia's 1st District. While in Congress, he served on the Committee on the Budget and Committee on Armed Services and was the Assistant Minority Whip of the 97th Congress. In 1983, Senator Trible was elected to the Senate, where he was Chairman of the Committee on Committees for the 100th Congress. Currently, Senator Trible is Of Counsel at the firm of Laxalt, Washington, Perito and Dubuc.
