Leslie Goodman

Leslie A. Goodman is the Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications in the Office of California Governor Pete Wilson. Most recently she served as vice president for media relations for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Before joining the Chamber, Ms. Goodman served as media consultant to the Burson-Marsteller public relations firm. She served in the Reagan Administration as an associate commissioner for governmental affairs for the Social Security Administration. At the same time, Ms. Goodman traveled on special assignment for the White House both at home and abroad as a press representative for President Reagan and the First Lady. In 1991, she was named director of communications and public liaison for the U.S. Information Agency in the Bush Administration. Ms. Goodman worked for the Bush-Quayle campaign in 1988 and again in 1992.
