Kathleen Sullivan Kelley is a contract lobbyist for Resource Associates in Denver and raises grain on her family farm in Meeker, CO. Ms. Kelley previously was a Field Representative for the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union and in 1980 was the youngest woman ever elected to the Colorado Legislature, representing the 57th House District.
