Kathleen Sullivan Kelley is a contract lobbyist for Resource Associates in Denver and raises grain on her family farm in Meeker, CO. Ms. Kelley previously was a Field Representative for the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union and in 1980 was the youngest woman ever elected to the Colorado Legislature, representing the 57th House District. In 1979, Ms. Kelley interned in speech writing in the office of Colorado Lt. Governor, Nancy Dick.
