The Reverend Joseph D. Duffey is the General Secretary for The American Association of University Professors. Reverend Duffey previously was an Adjunct Professor of Church and Community at Yale Divinity School, a member of the National Democratic Policy Council, a delegate to the National Democratic Convention in 1968 and 1972, the National Chairman for the Americans for Democratic Action (1969-1970), Director for the Center for Urban Studies (1965-1970), and Assistant Professor at Hartford Seminary from 1960 to 1963.
