Geoffrey Faux recently resigned as Director of the Economic Development Division of the U.S. Office of Economic Opportunity. Before joining OEO in 1967, he worked on the economic impact of defense spending for the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. Previously, Mr. Faux was an economist for the U.S. Department of Labor where he contributed to several studies of price and employment issues.
