Francis D. Fisher is the Director of the Office of Career Services and Off-Campus Learning at Harvard University. Mr. Fisher previously was the special assistant to the Secretary for Housing and Urban Development, Regional Administrator for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, deputy director for the AID mission to Colombia, and was assistant general counsel for the Far East at AID.
