Elizabeth Sears Hager is a consultant in fund development and sits on the Board of Directors of Chubb Investment Funds. Previously, Ms. Hager was the mayor of Concord, NH and a Concord City Councilor, a representative to the New Hampshire General Court and a delegate to the 1974 and 1984 Constitutional Conventions, where she served as chairman of the Bill of Rights Committee.
