Donald Wayne Riegle, Jr. has been a Congressman for the state of Michigan since 1967. He was in the employ of the International Business Machines Corporation from 1961 to 1964. Mr. Riegle is a consultant to the Joint center on Urban Studies and was the 1967 Junior Chamber of Commerce selection as outstanding young man.
