David A. Stockman is the Executive Director of the House Republican Conference, where he supervises extensive legislative research and analysis activities of Conference staff and handling legislative and political affairs for Conference Chairman, John Anderson. Previously, Mr. Stockman was a legislative assistant to Congressman John Anderson.
