Pizza and Politics: A Bipartisan Perspective on the Campaign Trail

Join the HPU and CAP for dinner with Marlon Marshall, Director of State Campaigns and Political Engagement for Hillary, and Chris Young, National Field Director for the RNC!

Marlon Marshall has been active in organizing for the Democratic Party for over a decade. On the Obama 2012 campaign, he served as the Deputy National Field Director and achieved unprecedented targeted voter registration. After the Obama campaign, he founded 270 Strategies, a consulting firm to help campaigns capitalize on grassroots organizing. Most recently, he worked as the Director of State Campaigns and Political Engagement of Hillary for America.

Chris Young has devoted himself to campaigns since graduating college. Initially working on the Bobby Jindal campaign in Louisiana, he worked his way from Deputy Field Director to Field Director. Beginning in 2013, he assumed the position of State Director of Louisiana at the RNC and two years later became the RNC's National Field Director. Currently, he works as Executive Director of Secure Nevada's Future, which aims to educate Nevadians underrepresented in civic life about the importance of conservative principles.
