This session would focus on the policy provisions that Americans don’t know or understand about the health care law and why that made policy implementation more difficult. We will also discuss the impact of media communications on the law. Also analyzing the coordinated campaign by the law’s detractors who spent more than one billion dollars to create the negative perception about the law and how these perceptions impacted successful implementation of the laws most important provisions.
