How do I request an absentee ballot?
An absentee ballot may be requested by visiting or writing to your county board of elections. You may also download an application (PDF format) here.
Where do I send the request?
Mail your request to your County Elections Board. Find contact information here.
What is the deadline for requesting an absentee ballot?
If voting in person, you may apply until the close of regular board of elections’ hours the day before Election Day. If requesting a ballot by mail, your written request for an absentee ballot must be received at the board by noon, 3 days before Election Day:
March 1 for the Primary Election
November 1 for the General Election
Noon of the third day (Saturday) before Special Elections

Fill it out and return to your County Elections Board.
What are the deadlines for voting absentee?

Primary Election: March 4
General Election: November 4

Voter registration closes 30 days prior to Election Day.
