How do I request an absentee ballot?
Go to this page and download the application for an absentee ballot (available in English or Spanish) and fill it out according to the instructions. Mail your completed application to the municipal clerk of the municipality in which you are a registered voter.

Send your request to your town clerk.

What is the deadline for requesting an absentee ballot?

Your application must be received at the municipal clerk’s office before the October 13th, 2008.

What are the deadlines for voting absentee?
Absentee ballots for the November 4 General Election become available October 3.
The deadline for returning a ballot is 8:00 pm on Election Day.

Mailed ballots must also be received by 8:00 pm on Election Day:
General Election: November 4

What are the election dates and deadlines for 2008?
General Election: November 4
Mail-in voter registration must be received by October 21st for the General Election to ensure eligibility.
