Chris Chen is a rising junior in Currier House, studying Molecular and Cellular Biology with a secondary in Economics.  He is an intern in the majority health policy office of the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, under the direction of Senator Edward Kennedy (D-MA), the committee chairman.  He is honored to have a chance to work for Senator Kennedy, who has been an extraordinary advocate for improving healthcare quality and affordable coverage throughout his lengthy Senate career. Chen volunteers with the American Red Cross, Project HEALTH and Suffolk County House of Correction and is broadly interested in health disparities and health policy.
